Senior UX/UI Designer

What skills are essential to us?

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or UX/UI Designer)

The ability to understand and hear business problems and requirements, whether in the form of meetings or workshops, conversations with business owners, product-owners, etc.

The ability to create advanced user interfaces based on business goals and the results of user research

Complete knowledge of Figma and its advanced functionalities. Knowledge of workshop tool of choice like Miro/Lucid/Mural/FigJam

Experience in conducting user research and tests (online & offline methodologies and tools)

Ability to conduct basic competitors and market research

Ability to design and present ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Excellent communication skills in English (C1) – we work internationally, so that’s a must

What will your responsibilities include?

Ownership over the end-to-end process of UX/UI executed in a product design team or independently,

Identifying design problems and finding solutions that meet both user needs and business goals,

Designing processes that address industry standards and problems of a target group,

Using and developing a design system,

Ensuring high-quality results for your design choices,

Envisioning and creating flawless experiences, intuitive interfaces and engaging interactions for multiple platforms (web and mobile),

Exchanging knowledge with our Product Design and Development teams,

The ability to share good practices in the area of Product Design throughout the organization.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, three months.

Overtimes, how often and what’s the payment structure?

In general, overtimes are not something we practice, but in case of an emergency, and if there is an agreement between the Product Manager and the developer for overtime, the overtime is compensated by additional vacation time/days on any suitable day chosen by an employee.

What’re the working hours?

Flexible working schedule, starting at 10:00 CEST (+/- 3 hours), 8-hours working day;

Is it only remote?

We have an office in Krakow that you can work from if you choose so.

How many days of vacation?

20-24 days (depending on experience), not counting public holidays.

Any limit on sick leaves?

Without limit.

WorkTime tracking?

No, we build our partnerships on trust and mutual respect.

Possibility of work trips?

Yes, 1-2 weeks of onsite work in the client’s office, usually in Sweden. Non-obligatory.

Is it possible to work part time?

Yes, 20+ - hours per week
