The project started as a fitness app that provides on-demand fitness instruction in various luxury residential buildings in Chicago. Eventually, the client saw great potential in Proptech and decided to expand the business in this direction. Our goal was to create a unified proptech platform that would enable the management building related matters such as administration and on-site services for residents.
