The founders of TopDog Golfer wanted to build an app for people to organize online golf competitions. We teamed up to create and design a mobile application that would entertain the users and make the process of joining a game quick and intuitive. In the navigation users can go to one of the four: Upcoming, Home, Create, or Results. We also added My profile where users can edit their personal information and withdraw winnings. In Results, a user can see the Competition history; the date of each tournament, and the name of the organizer. The game progress is tracked on an online scorecard. Users can create games and invite friends via a link. They can also create groups (lobbies) and fill out scorecards for other players. The daily communication and thoroughly planned process helped our team stay on the same page when it comes to the design. Each mockup is a result of the business analysis and user research that we performed to better understand the target and competition. Thanks to teamwork, the Alpha version was ready in just 6 weeks!
Naava is the Finland-based creator of smart green walls for indoor use. We worked together to streamline the UX of their performance monitoring app. We started with the discovery session to understand how the app should work for customers and client-side users. Working closely with Naava we were able to quickly create prototypes that showcased the main functionalities and navigation. The final UX design was highly appreciated by all maintenance personnel and the product proved to be an effective sales and marketing tool with prospects seeing the benefits of a green wall via a data-laden dashboard.
