The well-being of our teammates is important to us, so from time to time we organize trips together to take a break from work and integrate. In Redvike we believe in balance and that rest is key to meeting everyday challenges. That’s why we encourage everyone to join us during our adventures outside the Cracow office. 

Having our HQ in the South of Poland, we don’t have to travel far to find ourselves in the beautiful mountains. We all like spending time in nature so whenever there’s an opportunity, we close our laptops and go on a trip. 

Lately, our favorite place is Czorsztyn, a small village on the border with Slovakia. Here, we usually rent canoes and go rafting down the Dunajec River, admiring the beautiful views of the Pieniny National Park. It’s a perfect place to calm your mind and forget about the digital world. 

After the canoes, it’s time for bicycles! The bicycle route around the lake is always a good idea especially if you can catch a wonderful sunset over the water. On the way, we met sheep 🐑and lots of mosquitoes 🦟We felt a bit tired afterward but man, it was worth it!
